How the GRM Works

File Your Grievance
Submit your grievance through our online form, email, phone, or in person. Provide clear details about your concern.
Acknowledgment & Registration
You receive a tracking number within 3 working days. Your grievance is registered and assigned for investigation.
Initial Assessment
Our team reviews your grievance to determine the nature of complaint and appropriate resolution mechanism (7-14 days).
Investigation & Resolution
Detailed investigation is conducted and corrective actions are identified within defined timelines (30-60 days).
Resolution & Closure
You are informed of the resolution and corrective actions taken. You can appeal if unsatisfied.
